MARIA Die RUHE

MARIA Die RUHE is an electronic music producer, singer, live artist, label founder and artist coach moving between electronic music, voice and human connection. Her chameleon-like voice shifts from intimate to fierce, playful, dark and raw. In her live set, synths, electronics and vocals collide somewhere between house, acid, dark disco, indie dance and techno, threaded with jazz and pop. She also performs DJ sets with live vocals. Founder of RTTR (Reduced to the Root) and EXOFRAME, MARIA builds her own spaces for music outside fixed categories. Her second album Lessons in Lust turns real encounters, voices and field recordings into electronic worlds, tracing desire, intimacy and our need to connect.
